Mini Pulverizer is a multi purpose single stage mill to pulverize all but sticky materials. It is fabricated from stainless steel. All components including tray and base are also fabricated from stainless steel. It is the heaviest in its category (back loading) and comfortable to operate. Four types of meshes are provided in Mini Pulverizer to attain different powder sizes. It can pulverize pulses and grains up to 250 microns, spices up to 350 microns, herbs up to 500 microns and chemicals up to 200 microns (95% pass through).
Pulverized material’s sizes may vary according to the percentage of oil, moisture and fibre contents in the raw material. It is generally advisable for pulverizing requirements of spices up to 400 Kg/shift, pulses and grains up to 1200 Kg/shift, herbs up to 700 Kg/shift and other items up to 1100 Kg/shift.
Pilot Portable Pulverizer is a stand alone Mini Pulverizer with provision for fitting the motor inside the MS angle frame mounted over the fibre wheels. This lab purpose equipment is advised for small quantity grinding at limited space.

Contact parts and visible parts are fabricated in stainless steel 304. Powder collection vessel is provided with provision to tighten to discharge chute by hand wheel. Air filter is inbuilt with the chute. It is best suitable for lab purposes.

35% of space will be saved than two independent Pulverizers
This is a modification made in the frame, mainly to fix any two machines (Mini Pulverizer or Double Stage Mill) on a single frame. This helps to save 35% space and easy interchangeability of ‘V’- belt between two machines. Both machines can run independently or at a time. But the net output will be the same, as the total power divides into two.
Pilot Bi-mill includes provision for fixing motor on rail having cam for up and down movement for easy shifting of ‘V’ belt.
Some generally used combinations of pulverizers and double stage mills are shown in the chart. But, any models can be fitted on the frame to suit the requirements.
