Blending is the basic of nature and life. This method is essential for any kind of food and pharma industry. Different methods of blending are implemented, according to the nature of raw material, size, and density. Based on method and application, they are named as Ribbon Blender, Cone Blender, Paddle Blender etc. Mostly all Blenders are fabricated with contact metal Stainless Steel 304 grade, unless asked for other materials. Timer and counter fixing in Panel Board also can improve the consistency between the batches.

Turbo Jet Blender

This machine is specially developed for blending different types of powders with liquids or semi solids with out lump formation or spillage loss to the liquid ingredients. Turbo jet blender is provided with a high speed turbine and a pressure vessel for blending liquids/semi solids evenly to the powder ingredients.

Ribbon Blender

Ribbon blenders are used for blending powders of similar physical properties. Ribbon blender comprises of a ‘U’ trough mounted on rigid frame. Raw materials fed to the machine are moved left and right and upside down by the ribbons, which results in blending of the product

'O' Trough Blender

In an 'O' trough blender material moves radially inside the vessel. The 'O' trough blenders are approximately 25% more expensive than 'U' trough blender. But this design ensures demounting of high moisture of non flowing powders on its side walls

Mass Mixer

Mass mixers are ideal for mixing powders with semi solids. Compared to other blenders, the power of motor will be higher in mass mixers. Two types of mass mixers are available in different capacities of handling, namely single trough mass mixer and double trough mass mixer. Double trough mass mixer is 75% expensive than single trough mass mixer, but mixing is faster and handles high volumes easily.

Vertical Ribbon Blender

Vertical ribbon blender is recommended where we need faster blending in small batches. The raw material from the bottom of the vessel is lifted up and down by the rotary movement of the spiral ribbons. The ribbons placed in vertical position can be easily removed before cleaning.
